We want you to love your locks, but if a product isn't the right fit for your hair type, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Products
Securely package your unused Noughty items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
